可再生能源专业委员会

中国循环经济协会可再生能源专业委员会(英文:Renewable Energy Special Committee of China Association of Circular Economy,简称CREIA)在原国家经济贸易委员会/联合国开发计划署/全球环境基金“加速中国可再生能源商业化能力建设项目”的支持下组建,并于2002年3月25日获得了国家民政部的正式批准。专委会的会员单位主要由从事可再生能源应用、研究、开发、制造、检测、认证、标准化、服务的优秀企事业单位、行业组织机构、科研设计院所、金融机构、高等院校等组成。 

一、业务范围 Business Scope

1.开展可再生能源领域政策、管理和科技方面的学术研究;

2.接受各级政府部门和企业的委托,开展可再生能源政策、规划、法规和科技项目的研究和评估;

3.收集和交流可再生能源产业信息,出版报告;

4.提供可再生能源管理技术服务和培训;

5.开展国内外学术产业交流、举办相关展览、会议及活动等。

二、业务介绍 Business Introduction

1.政策咨询——把握产业动态 引领行业发展:研究行业政策、技术、市场等发展趋势,跟踪行业动态,提供政策解读、战略规划等咨询服务; 调研行业市场状况、投资环境、企业动向等,提供项目投资和决策建议; 培训与能力建设;碳盘查,双碳方案编制;碳资产开发与管理;低碳技术孵化与引进;ESG与低碳品牌建设等; 撰写和出版国内可再生能源年度行业报告。积极参与全球行业报告研究,提供全面的可再生能源行业资料信息; 协助地方政府、企业进行能源和低碳项目规划、可行性研究、项目评审评估等一系列专业工作; 协助政府有关部门,组织制定行业标准,规范企业行为,建立行业健康有序的发展模式。

2.国际合作——凝聚国际资源 推动产业发展:专委会长期致力于国际双边或多边的交流平台搭建,帮助中外可再生能源企业挖掘潜在合作机会,推动加强中外可再生能源产业界的交流与沟通,不断扩大国际合作资源,建立友好伙伴关系,提升国际影响力,为可再生能源的国际化发展提供战略思路。

3.会员服务——搭建交流平台 促进合作共赢:为会员单位提供国家产业政策和相关法律法规的政策咨询服务,为企业战略发展提供基础咨询服务;向会员单位提供拓展海外市场等国际合作咨询服务,帮助会员单位规划和拓展投融资渠道等;组织会员单位参加国际论坛、技术培训、座谈研讨及对接会等活动,会员单位优先、优惠参加专委会组织的会议、展览、培训、国际交流考察等活动;专委会年度行业发展报告的编制邀请会员单位提供行业发展素材,专委会承接课题案例优先向会员单位收集,专委会研究成果与会员单位分享;指导和帮助会员单位参与国家、行业、地方、团体标准化工作;邀请国外相关政府机构、行业组织等访华团优先考察会员单位;通过专委会网站、微信公众号等向会员单位传递行业、产业信息,并为会员单位提供企业展示及动态宣传;对会员单位加入RE100或申请成为国际机构的会员、成员单位提供渠道和咨询,帮助会员单位申报可再生能源领域国内外相关奖项。

Renewable Energy Special Committee

The Renewable Energy Special Committee of China Association of Circular Economy was formed as a result of the project “Accelerate China's renewable energy commercialization capacity building program" and established with the support of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), the Global Environment Facility (GEF)and the State Economic and Trade Commission (SETC). Then obtained its legal registration as the Renewable Energy Professional Division of China Association of Resources Comprehensive Utilization (now China Association of Circular Economy)from the Ministry of Civil Affairs on March 25, 2002, The members of CRElA are mainly composed of outstanding enterprises and institutions, industrial organizations, research and design institutes, financial institutions and colleges and universities engaged in the application, research, development, manufacturing, testing, certification, standardization and service of renewable energy.

Business Scope

1.     To conduct researches and promotions on renewable energy policy, management, science and technology, etc.;

2.     To carry out researches, consulting and assessments on renewable energy policy, plan, regulation and science and technology projects, com-missioned by central and local governments, institutions and enterprises;

3.     To collect and exchange renewable energy information, publish reports;

4.     To provide technical services and training on renewable energy management;

5.     To organize domestic and international renewable energy academic exchange, and to popularize renewable energy science and technology with related conferences and activities.

Business Introduction

1. Policy Research and consulting Services: Research on the industry development trends of policy, technology, and market, etc., and provide consulting services, such as policy interpretation and strategic planning; Research on the industry market conditions, investment environment, enterprise development trends, etc., and provide suggestions on project decision-making and investment; Training and capacity building; carbon inventory, scheme preparation of dual carbon programs, carbon asset development and management, incubation and introduction of low-carbon technologies, ESG and low-carbon brand building; Write and publish annual China's renewable energy reports. Actively participate in global industry research, and provide comprehensive information; Assist local governments and enterprises in a series of professional work, such as energy and low-carbon project planning, feasibility study, and project evaluation; Assist relevant government departments to organize the formulation of industrial standards, which is helpful to establish a healthy and orderly development model for the industry.

2. International Cooperation Services:  CRElA long-term commitment to build the international bilateral or multilateral exchange platform, to help Chinese and foreign renewable energy enterprises excavate potential cooperation opportunities, to promote and strengthen the exchange and communication between Chinese and foreign renewable energy industries, expanding the resources for international cooperation, to establish friendly partnership and enhance international influence, provides a strategic thinking for the international development of renewable energy.

3.Member Services: To provide policy advisory services with national industrial policies and related laws and regulations, to provide basic consulting services for the strategic development of enterprises; To provide consulting services on expand overseas market and other international cooperation, to help members planning and expand investment and financing channels; Base on the needs of members, to organize inter-national forums, technical training, workshops and match making activities, etc. Members have priority and preferential access to meetings, exhibitions, training, international exchanges and visits organized by CREIA; Members are invited to provide industrial materials for annual industry development report, research project case priority to collect from members, CRElA's research results are shared with members; Guide and help members to participate in national, industrial, local and group standardization work; When foreign government agencies, and relevant foreign industry organizations visit to China, priority to visit members; Convey industry information to members through CRElA's website, WeChat public account, etc., and provide enterprise display and dynamic publicity for members; Provide channels and consultation services for members to join RE100 or apply to become members of international institutions, and help members to apply for domestic and foreign awards in the field of renewable energy;
